Engagement Session at Yale: Jesenia & Francesco’s Story
On September 29, 2024, I had the pleasure of photographing Jesenia & Francesco’s engagement session at none other than the historic and breathtaking Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. From the moment we stepped onto the iconic campus, I knew we were in for an unforgettable shoot.
The architectural beauty of Yale provided the perfect backdrop for their love story. Jesenia and Francesco’s connection was evident from the start—every glance, every laugh, every moment felt effortlessly natural. The elegant stone buildings and lush greenery of the university added a timeless, romantic feel to the session. It was the ideal setting to reflect both their sophistication and the warmth of their relationship.
As we moved through the campus, stopping at Yale’s most iconic spots, Jesenia and Francesco were up for anything—whether it was posing on the grand staircases or strolling through the ivy-covered walkways. The early autumn light played beautifully with the surroundings, casting a soft glow on the couple. These are the kinds of moments that, as a professional photographer, I live for. Capturing their love against the backdrop of this prestigious location was nothing short of magical.
One of my favorite shots was near one of the university’s classic arches. With Jesenia in a stunning dress and Francesco looking sharp, the moment was cinematic. They seemed lost in their own world, and I was lucky enough to document it. Each image from that day tells a story of love, adventure, and the exciting journey that lies ahead for them.
